The 鶹ýAV Bus Pass Scheme

Getting to college could cost less than you think! With the 鶹ýAV Bus Pass Scheme, you may be able to get discounted bus travel to and from college, with children’s travel rates during the evenings, weekends and holidays (excluding summer holidays). Your pass is only valid alongside a My Travel Pass (see below).

Joining the scheme is simple, depending on where you live:

  • Apply to your local authority (LA) for bus pass support (contact details below). If you’re approved, you’ll need to pay your first termly fee at enrolment
  • Apply for a  (16-21)

Collect your termly bus pass from Learner Services and pay your discounted fee on the bus.

Pay your termly fee when you enrol:

  • £10 if you’re aged 16-18 (fee waived for 2023)
  • £40 if you’re 19 or over (fee waived for 2023)

Collect your termly bus pass from Learner Services and pay your discounted fee on the bus.

  • Complete a  and your completed form will be sent to your campus Learner Services team

This is a discounted travel scheme for 16-21 year olds funded by Welsh Government. Your 鶹ýAV bus pass will only be valid once you have your My Travel Pass. To apply, visit or call 03002002233.
